Founded by Gérard Joulie in the 1970s, the Groupe Joulie is distinguished by its collection of iconic venues. Initially the owner of several traditional bistros, our group has gradually solidified its identity by acquiring and preserving the authenticity of prestigious establishments all across Paris.
Each of our restaurants showcases authentic French cuisine, inspired by classic dishes and served in the most elegant of settings. Among its most famous addresses are the Bouillons Chartier, the last traditional Parisian bouillons still in existence, as well as Le Sébillon, an historic location.
