brasserie

L’Européen.

Opposite the iconic Gare de Lyon station, L’Européen has been in business since the beginning of last century. A magnificent traditional brasserie whose reputation precedes it, L’Européen’s distinctive personality was forged through the work of renowned interior designer Slavik. Its warm and comfortable setting features a dining room split across various levels, featuring an interplay of mirrors with swirling carved wood frames and glass chandeliers, and English furnishings with armchairs on wheels and Chesterfield-style booths. Here, every care has been taken to ensure you can enjoy a delightful moment in a unique, retro and convivial setting. When the fair weather comes around, the L’Européen opens its terrace on Boulevard Diderot, overlooking the Gare the Lyon and its famous clock tower. Relax with a coffee or savour a meal as you keep an eye on your train time or wait for an arrival.
