brasserie

Le café du commerce.

A true Parisian institution, the Café Du Commerce welcomes diners in a spacious ground-floor dining hall, its mosaic-tiled floor awash with colour, flanked by a more intimate lounge. The main hall is overlooked by two verdant mezzanines, rising toward a vast glass roof that is opened on sunny days to create a delightfully bucolic atmosphere. As a couple or in a group, share the intimacy or conviviality of a quality dining experience, whose the service flies the Parisian flag with pride. Inspired by the location’s unique ambiance, Marcel Dassault himself chose "Café du Commerce" as the title of his chronicles published in the magazine Jours de France; providing the setting for so many animated conversations, the café’s name would eventually become a popular expression in French. Beneath the glass roof, a plaque bearing Dassault’s effigy honours this heritage.
